This week’s Intellectual Frog Legs episode is a little more personal… It’s basically a wrap up of my experience here in Kansas City with an insanely politically-correct Liberal church. But the BIG question is “Do you know where your church stands?” Drop me a line and lemme know.
Here’s your weekend supply of fresh frog legs. “The Liberal Church of the Intolerant Heart – and Zombies”
If you’re interested, I actually began chronicling these bizarre events with the liberal churches right here on this blog back in April (“Where in the hell are the churches?”) and a follow-up earlier this week (“Liberal Churches – Liars, Bigots and Hypocrites”).
This week’s featured Closing music is “Parasite: CODE NAME: Obama)” Thank you so much for for being here! God bless.

Love it – but who / what is that female figure gyrating with flames in the background??
no clue J
I’m Catholic so my church is ‘different’ than most churches, I guess. So anyhow, after the Catholic bishops finally woke up and realized that they’d been played by the Left last February, they got busy getting the word out to the parishes, at least in a lot of places. I know that various bishops through out the states have made frequent an public pronouncements. My friends in San Bernardino County (CA) tell me that their bishop has lambasted the Obama administration twice with letters read in every parish. That is not the case here in Los Angeles. The bishop has been v-e-r-y quiet. And, because they are control freaks, no parish can make a statement on these issues without a specific order to do so from the bishop. No such order has been forthcoming. I have twice written him pointing out that he has become the living embodiment of the ‘dumb dog that cannot bark,’ which I’m sure made his heart glad NOT. I’m sure he felt that way because his secretary actually replied to my first very respectful letter. Still waiting on the 2nd. My local pastor is a stand up guy for Christ, so I don’t worry about him. But the bishop, well, he’s showing the kind of courage most bishops have historically shown.
Most of us who follow the teachings of Christ, the Church and the Scriptures have long felt that most of our Bishops are irrelevant anyway; there are a few good ones but those like Roger Mahony will kiss whatever ass they think will do them the most good. As Fr. Groeschel once said, in Hell there will be a big parking lot with a sign, ‘Reserved For Clergy”.
LOL at…..
“As Fr. Groeschel once said, in Hell there will be a big parking lot with a sign, ‘Reserved For Clergy”.”
Like KC, Los Angeles is amazingly fertile ground for liberally-redefined churches. And the local Catholic Church here in KC (I attend with my Aunt—she’s catholic, I’m not) sounds identical.
